The brief
Non-profits and Political Action Committees handle some of the most sensitive contact and donor data there is — and most off-the-shelf CRMs send that data to third-party clouds and AI APIs. These organisations wanted modern AI assistance without the data ever leaving their control.
What we're building
A privacy-first CRM that runs Large Language Models locally, on-premises. Contacts, notes and donor records stay entirely in-house, while the team still gets AI-assisted drafting, summarisation and segmentation — powered by local models rather than an external API.
The approach
The architecture is built around data residency: local LLM inference, strict data boundaries, and no sensitive data crossing into third-party services. It is proof that privacy and modern AI capability don't have to be a trade-off.
