Custom CRM Automation Suite

The brief

A marketing firm wanted its team spending time on live calls, not admin. Every minute spent typing notes, updating records and chasing follow-ups was a minute not selling.

What we built

An end-to-end CRM automation built on GoHighLevel and n8n. AI-powered call transcription automatically generates notes, updates the contact record and moves leads through the pipeline — eliminating manual data entry. Automated follow-up sequences trigger based on call outcomes, and we integrated Closebot for AI-driven initial qualification over SMS, engaging and scoring inbound leads before they ever reach a human.

The approach

n8n orchestrates the workflows between systems that don't natively talk; the AI layers handle transcription, note-generation and lead scoring. The result is a pipeline that runs itself between touchpoints.

The outcome

Reps walk out of a call with notes already written, records updated, and the next step already in motion — maximising live-call time and making sure no lead goes cold.
